Cliftonville have moved up to fourth place in the Danske Bank Premiership after beating Newry City 3-1 at Solitude on Monday night.

They're now within six points of leaders Glenavon. 

Darragh Noonan put the basement team in front after only three minutes, but the Reds hit back with three goals in seven minutes from Rory Donnelly, Joe Gormley and Ryan Curran.

Meanwhile, Reds manager Barry Gray has insisted star striker Joe Gormley is not for sale.

It follows a report League of Ireland side Shamrock Rovers are keen to sign the north Belfast club's record scorer...

 

 

The BetMcLean League Cup takes centre-stage on Tuesday night with two quarter-final ties (both 7.45pm). 

Crusaders go to Glentoran and Ards welcome last year's beaten finalists Ballymena United to Bangor.

Declan Devine's been confirmed as the new Derry City manager on a two-year contract.
