Up for the cup - Reds boss Barry Gray.

Q Radio Sport

Two Championship clubs will aim to cause an upset against Premiership opposition in the Tennent's Irish Cup semi-finals tomorrow.

Larne take on Coleraine in Ballymena with Loughgall facing Cliftonville at the Oval.

Barry Gray was manager of then third tier Warrenpoint Town when they scored a shock cup win seven years ago - against his current club Cliftonville!

So he's taking nothing for granted tomorrow...

It's more than 40 years since a team from outside the top flight reached the cup final - Carrick Rangers won it in 1976.

Loughgall's teenage keeper Craig Robinson was one of the stars when they dumped Glenavon out in the last round.

And he says they can do it again....

Larne return to the scene of their quarter-final win when they knocked out Ballymena United.

They're the rank outsiders against Coleraine, last year's beaten finalists.

But the east Antrim side have several former Cliftonville players in their ranks and Reds manager Gray says they are capable of making the final...

The final rearranged Premiership match before the top six/bottom six split is also being played tomorrow afternoon - Warrenpoint Town face Dungannon Swifts at the Q Radio Arena.

All the fixtures kick-off at 3pm.

Coming up later... we feature the red and white revolution at Larne.
