Motorbiking sensation Jonathan Rea has come second in BBC's Sports Personality of the Year.

The Ballyclare man had a whirlwind 2017, winning the World Superbike Championship for a third successive time.

Sir Mo Farah came out on top, with Jonnie Peacock in third.

The favourite, Anthony Joshua, failed to make the top three.

Rea told us he's excited to go for another Championship next year, as well as enjoy time with his family.
