Star striker Joe Gormley says he'll be fit and ready to resume his Cliftonville career at the start of the new season.

The 27-year-old had injury problems and recently quit full-time football with Peterborough to sign a pre-contract agreement and return to the Reds.

His 41-goal tally in the 2014/15 season broke the club record for the most goals in a single campaign.

Joe the Goal as he was known had several other offers but says he's delighted to be back at Solitude.

He's training hard and is hoping to play in Europe this summer - if the Reds qualify and if selected!
