Bannsiders look to maintain a near-perfect start against the Harlequins
Coleraine thumped Lisburn 56-7 last weekend to stay atop the Division 2 table. Richard Boyd's men now host a Belfast Harlequins 2's side that has only picked up a solitary league win.
The Bannsiders ran in ten tries last week to a comfortable bonus-point victory to maintain their impressive form. They are level on points with C.I.Y.M.S, but ahead on points difference. Coleraine will be confident of keeping their noses in front with the visit of a Harlequins side that has lost 5 out of 6 this season.
Meanwhile Limavady will host the Lisburn side that were dispatched at Coleraine. Mark Nicholl's side were shut-out away to Grosvenor last time out, but will fancy their chances against a wounded Lisburn side.
Elsewhere, unbeaten Ballymoney will head to the South West to take on County Cavan. Ballymoney go to Cavan on the back of a commanding 64-3 victory away to Newry.
