League leaders Coleraine survived a scare away to 10-man Glenavon on Saturday to stretch their unbeaten run to 14 matches and stay eight points clear.

The second-placed Lurgan Blues played most of a dramatic Danske Bank Premiership match with 10 men after James Singleton was sent off for a last-man foul on 15 minutes.

But they finished on top and earned a deserved 2-2 draw with a 78th-minute penalty from Northern Ireland international Sammy Clingan.

The spot kick was awarded for a foul by Stripes keeper Chris Johns.

We asked him if he thought it was the right decision?

Glenavon boss Gary Hamilton is praising his players for their heroic efforts.

Elsewhere, Crusaders stayed third by beating Ards 4-2 in Bangor.

Defending champions Linfield had Josh Robinson sent off, but still managed a 6-0 victory at bottom team Ballinamallard.

Cliftonville beat Carrick Rangers 3-0 at Solitude and Dungannon Swifts won 2-1 away to Warrenpoint Town.

The final fixture in this round of games sees Glentoran face Ballymena at the Oval on Monday night.

The draw's been made for the semi-finals of the Toals County Antrim Shield.

Crusaders will host Carrick with Ballymena at home to Ards.

Both ties are scheduled for Tuesday November 28th.
