New £25 Million office development to come to Belfast next year

A new grade A office building The Vantage, will open on Belfast’s Great Victoria Street in the second quarter of 2021, with the £25m development being designed to create the next generation of working environment for the future hybrid workforce.

Developer MRP, the property division of construction business McAleer & Rushe, has retained local architects Consarc Design Group along with interior design consultants PLY Design to create what  it says will be a very attractive working environment for potential occupiers and their employees.

Construction has already commenced during which 150 jobs will be supported, with a further 750 permanent roles to be facilitated within the building across a range of business sectors upon completion of the works.

The extensive refurbishment and two floor vertical extension will boast 67,500 sq ft of premium city centre office space with a contemporary and corporate design aimed at attracting a dynamic mix of business types.

The developers behind The Vantage  says it will fit traditional working arrangements and also appeal to companies who are adjusting to a more flexible, hybrid working model, where remote working can fit seamlessly into their daily operations.

It also said the building will benefit from unparalleled panoramic views from the 11th floor penthouse balcony, an impressive double height feature reception, high tech turnstile security and a range of staff wellbeing amenities including showers, drying cupboards, changing facilities and bicycle storage.

The property, which sits opposite Great Victoria Street bus and train station, will be nea Translink’s new Transport Hub development when it opens.
