A man has been arrested over a paramilitary attack in Derry Londonderry.

It's after a man in his 50s was shot in both legs at a house in the Brandywell area earlier this month.

At the time, detectives described the attack as "brutal" and said the victim had been left with potentially life changing injuries.

The suspect, 30 was held by the PSNI Terrorism Investigation Unit this morning.

He's been taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite for questioning
