Abuse victims here say they are finally set to receive compensation payments within a matter of months.
A redress scheme for survivors of historic institutional abuse was recommended by the Hart inquiry two and a half years ago.
However, nothing's been paid due to the collapse of the power-sharing administration at Stormont.
Inquiry chairman Sir Anthony Hart died last week and his funeral was held in east Belfast on Wednesday.
