Attack on Orange Hall in County Tyrone being treated as hate crime

An attack on an Orange Hall in County Tyrone is being treated as a hate crime, police say.

 

it happened yesterday morning.

 

Inspector Marie Stinton said:  "police received a report that the remains of what is believed to have been a petrol bomb were found outside an Orange Hall in the Glenhoy Road area of Augher. 


Minor damage was caused to the building. 

 

Anyone with further information is being urged to contact police on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 557 of 24/03/18. 

 

DUP party leader Arlene Foster has condemned the attack.
