Two men who were airlifted from the Mournes after falling up to forty metres remain in hospital.

They'd been part of a group of four descending Slieve Bearnagh on Saturday when one lost his footing.

When a second hillwalker went to check on him he too fell, injuring his hip.

Q Radio understands the first man to fall is suffering serious injuries.
