Lovers of the simple things are being encouraged to find out more about the foods surrounding them.

Love Your Lough and Ulster Wildlife are conducting foraging walk tours along the coast at Carlingford Lough.

Walkers will learn about edible shore- and plantlife and what to avoid, with a tasting session.

It takes place tomorrow from midday at the lough in Rostrevor.
