Golf's World Number Four is hopeful he can summon his good form from previous visits to golf's final major of the year.

World Number Four Rory McIlroy says his form is good enough to win the US PGA Championship.

Baltusrol in New Jersey is the venue for this year's final major, which starts today.

McIlroy has thrived at the tournament in the past, with two wins and seven top eight finishes

He tees off at 1:30pm our time, alongside World Number One Jason Day and former Champion Phil Mickelson.
