Striker Josh Magennis has been ruled out of Northern Ireland's upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
He's replaced by Kyle Lafferty who gets a recall after being dropped from the original squad.
There are several other injury concerns for manager Ian Baraclough ahead of Thursday's game in Lithuania.
