Campaigners in Belfast and Enniskillen have joined Health Workers across Northern Ireland and England urging for more funding.
The 'Save Our NHS' rally was backed by the two biggest unions here - Unite and NIPSA.
They say hospitals here are in a 'critical condition' because of under funding and privitisation.
Addressing the crowd outside Belfast's City Hall, one of the organisers Pat Lawlor from NIPSA described health services here as "decimated".

Demonstrators made it clear that in their eyes the blame not only lies with the Conservative minority government in Westminster but also the former DUP / Sinn Fein executive at Stormont.
Maria Morgan NIPSA's Vice-Chairperson told the crowd it's unnacceptable Charities had to help paramedics over Christmas.
Health professionals and patients are taking part in a similar rally on a larger scale in central London.
