Q Radio News

Members of a local football team made up of foreign nationals have come under attack at their home in County Tyrone.

The incident took place in Coagh near Cookstown this week.

Three black Portuguese men in their 20s were targeted and one has decided to leave Northern Ireland...

The young men all play for the Sofia Farmer team in the Ballymena league's premier division.

Club co-owner Alberto de Barros says their house has also been burgled and they've been subjected to shocking racist abuse on a daily basis...

The team is co-owned by former Manchester United star Nani, a lifelong friend of Alberto's.

He's set to visit Northern Ireland in the next few weeks to discuss the attacks with local representatives.
