We're told those affected by flash floods in parts of Northern Ireland will "need a lot of support in the days and weeks to come".

Yesterday, Belfast International Airport recorded nearly a month's worth of rain in just a few hours.

Antrim and Ballyclare were among the areas worst affected by the downpours.

Local MLA, Pam Cameron has told Q Radio there will be help on hand.

She said: "I know that it will continue to be the case that the Antrim people will support each other in any way they can"

Adding, "certainly we need to be asking other people in terms of departments what help will be available to those people"

One pub in Antrim saw locals rallying together as water started flooding through its doors.

Hannah who works at the Top of Town on Fountain Street says they even managed to re-open for service last night and told Q Radio "it was a hectic couple of hours (...) everyone mucked in and everything's back to normal again thank goodness".

As it stands Northern Ireland is no longer under a Met Office warning for severe weather.
