Around 50 houses are to be built on the site of a former Roman Catholic Chapel in Ballymena.
The 'Church of our Lady' was the focal point of bitter loyalist protests twenty years ago.
This was in perceived retaliation for banned Orange parades in nearby Dunloy.
Harryville chapel closed in 2012 because repairs were too costly and was demolished the next year.
But planning permission has now been given to build twelve townhouses and 36 apartments on the site.
