The Alliance Party Leader said Sinn Fein have been "somersaulting" in recent weeks

The words of Alliance Party Leader Naomi Long in relation to the fallout from the Renewable Heat Incentive.

Yesterday, Sinn Fein's Chairperson Declan Kearney called for an independent investigation into the botched green energy scheme.

Earlier, he had called for a public inquiry.

Journalist Alan Murray says the prospect of an early election can't be ruled out.

But speaking to Q Radio, Long says this wouldn't be a solution.

She went on to explain what she believes needs to happen.
