Glowing tributes are set to be paid today at the funeral of popular County Antrim teacher Robert Flowerday.

It's a week since news broke 64-year-old Mr. Flowerday had been murdered at his home in Crumlin.

Members of his grieving family will lead mourners at a thanksgiving service this afternoon in the local Presbyterian church.

It will be taken by the Reverend Leslie Addis, a friend of Mr Flowerday.

Retired local doctor Owen Gallagher says he was respected across the community.
