The case of a bakery in Belfast which refused to ice a gay marriage slogan onto a cake is going to the Supreme Court.
In 2014, Ashers said it wouldn't bake a cake with the slogan 'Support Gay Marriage' because it goes against it's deeply held religious beliefs.
Belfast County Court and the Court of Appeal both ruled that was direct discrimination.
The family firm, based on Royal Avenue has welcomed the decision the Supreme Court will hear the case.
General Manager, Daniel McArthur said: "The fact that the Supreme Court is willing to hear arguments is very encouraging and reflects the importance of the issues and the high-profile nature of the case."
