Staff and residents were evacuated from a hotel in Strabane last night following a fire.
It broke out in the Fir Trees Hotel on the Dublin Road, close to the Melmount Road at around midnight.
According to the NIFRS, the blaze was located in the first floor and roof space of the building.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, however emergency services say it appears to be accidental.
Fire crews remain at the scene this morning, after the blaze reignited.
