A 19-year-old teenager has been charged with a number of offences, including dangerous driving and driving under the influence of drink and drugs, in connection with a cross-border incident involving a stolen tractor and several hit-and-runs yesterday.
Two other suspects, aged 18 and 16, have been released on police bail.
The tractor is believed to have been driven from Monaghan to Armagh.
The 19-year-old is due to appear before Newry Magistrates Court today.
