165 new jobs created by Belfast tech company

A Belfast based digital transformation company is to invest £12million in it's local operations, creating more than 160 new jobs.

Neueda delivers large-scale, mission critical software projects to public and private sector clients globally.

The firm already employ 200 people in a range of roles including software engineers, IT consultants and data analysts.

The company has grown revenues by over 30% year on year since 2012 which has secured its ranking on Deloitte’s ‘Technology Fast 50’ list for a second year.

This significant investment, supported by £2.3million of government money, could see the firm reach revenues of £100million per year by 2022.

Alastair Hamilton from Invest NI said: “Neueda’s decision to almost double its workforce in Belfast will enable it to sustain the impressive growth that we have seen in recent years.

"As part of our business strategy we are working closely with companies like Neueda that have the ability to scale quickly, supporting them to create jobs and increase competitiveness.

“The high quality new jobs being announced today will generate £5.6m annually in additional salaries and offer employment opportunities across a range of disciplines, both for graduates and experienced professionals.

The new roles will include 130 technical jobs ranging from entry level positions through to experienced software engineers and solution architects.

The remaining 35 are consulting and project delivery posts as well as key hires in sales and business operations.
