One of Ulster Rugby's breakthrough players this season, back Jacob Stockdale, will make his debut for Ireland against the USA Eagles on Saturday.
Joe Schmidt's men will be captained by Rhys Ruddock, who'll play number 6, joined in the back row by fellow flanker Josh van der Flier and number 8 Jack Conan.
Quinn Roux and Devin Toner will be paired at 4 & 5, behind the front row combination of Cian Healy, Niall Scannell and John Ryan.
Joey Carbery will start at fly-half, forming the half-back pairing with Kieran Marmion.
Ulster's Luke Marshall will play in the centre, inside Leinster's Garry Ringrose, with fullback Tiernan O'Halloran and experienced winger Keith Earls completing the backline.
