Liverpool have had a £10m bid for Norwich left-back Jamal Lewis rejected as they look to bring in cover for Andy Robertson.

Norwich are unhappy with Liverpool's conduct in their pursuit for Lewis.

They consider the offer derisory, with the Canaries valuing the Northern Ireland international at £20m.

Despite relegation from the Premier League, Norwich are under no pressure to sell the 22-year-old.

Any potential deal for Lewis is very much dependent on the player's wishes given he is used to playing regular first-team football.

The rising star made 28 Premier League appearances for Norwich last season.

With Robertson first-choice left-back, game time is not guaranteed at Anfield.
