Ards and Ballinamallard are set for a showdown on Friday night with both teams still fighting for Premiership survival.

They meet in Bangor at 8pm. Colin Nixon's men are ninth in the table, just a point ahead of the Fermanagh side.

Meanwhile, leaders Crusaders welcome Carrick Rangers to Seaview on Saturday. With Linfield not playing until Monday, a victory would put the Crues 10 points clear at the top.

But midfielder Philip Lowry has laughed off suggestions the league is already over:

With just three games before the split, Glenavon can clinch their top six place by beating closest rivals Dungannon at Mourneview Park.

Glenavon-bound Andrew Mitchell hit the Swifts winner when the sides met in December. And Lurgan Blues keeper Jonny Tuffey isn't expecting any favours from the league's top scorer:

In the other Saturday matches, Glentoran go to Coleraine and Ballymena have basement club Portadown at the Showgrounds.

The Linfield-Cliftonville match has been moved to Monday as it's being televised live on Sky Sports.
