Tilly's Rainbow Run will be taking place this evening in Kesh.

It's in memory of Tilly Walker who passed away almost 2 years ago.

The run raises money for the NI Children for Lapland Trust (NICLT), a charity which is very close to the hearts of the Walker family.

Tilly was able to enjoy a trip to Lapland through the trust, a year before she passed away.

Jayne Thompson is one of the organisers of the run and she's been speaking to Q Radio.

She explained how beneficial the Lapland trip is for children with illnesses and how this year 10 children from Fermanagh will get to go:

Gerry Kelly, former UTV chat show host is a trustee of the NICLT and will also be making an appearance thus evening to show his support.

For anyone who wants to take part in the run, you can still register this evening for 4-6.15pm.

There will be Free T-Shirts for the first 150 adults registered for the 5k and Ultimate 10k, also a medal and Mr.Whippy ice cream for each child registering for the 3k.

As many people as possible are encouraged to take part in the race, dressed in bright colours of the rainbow.
