Police investigate burglaries at two parochial houses

Police are appealing for information following two separate burglaries at two different parochial houses in the Ederney and Trillick areas. 

The first incident took place on the 14th of October. 

Detective Inspector Trevor Stevenson said: 

"Sometime between 8pm and 8.45pm on October 14th, a parochial house in the Trillick area was entered. 

"Enquiries have been ongoing since the incident was reported. "


Since then, another was targeted in the Ederney area between 8.15pm and 10.10pm on November 4th. 

The Detective added: 

"We are asking the public if they saw anything suspicious in and around these areas at these times. 

"It is understood nothing was taken in both instances. 

"Enquiries are ongoing and we are trying to establish if these burglaries area linked."
