Nephew of John Pat Cunningham condemns protest by military veterans in London

A nephew of John Pat Cunningham has condemned a Military Veteran's protest in London against a decision to prosecute a former soldier for attempted murder. 

Mr Cunningham who was 27 at the time died after being shot in the back in Benburb in 1974.

76-year-old Denis Hutchings has been told he will stand trial.

Speaking at a vigil for John Pat, Charlie Agnew says his uncle was a totally innocent man.
