There's been 1,184 penalty charge notices (PSN's), also known as parking tickets, issued by the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council this year.
That's the largest number of parking tickets distributed in Northern Ireland.
It was revealed in a report released by the Department for Infrastructure and compiled by the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency.
These tickets are issued to vehicles found parked in breach of on-street and off-street parking restrictions.
They can also be given to vehicles detected driving in bus lanes and bus only streets.
In January there were 325 penalty notices, which was narrowly topped by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon.
However, the highest offending month for Fermanagh and Omagh was February.
There were 442 notices distributed, with 222 in Omagh and 220 in Enniskillen.
The use of penalty notices is used to prevent illegal parking or driving and to encourage a turnover of parking spaces, particularly in built up shopping areas.
