One more person has died with Covid-19 and 1,635 new cases have been diagnosed.
There are 301 people in hospital who have tested positive for the disease, of whom 34 are in ICU.
Of those 34, 28 are being ventilated.
There are six free ICU beds in Northern Ireland today and six hospitals are operating beyond capacity.
The death toll since the start of the pandemic stands at 2,902.
There have been 23 deaths in the past seven days.
The seven-day infection rate across Northern Ireland is 680 with Newry, Mourne and Down council area recording the highest rate (869.5).
Antrim and Newtownabbey has the second highest (780.5), followed by Lisburn and Castlereagh (745.2).
Derry City and Strabane continues to have the lowest rate (549.3).
The age group recording the highest rate of new cases is children aged 10 to 14.
Meanwhile, there have been a further 2,950 new cases in the Republic.
Three are 536 in hospital with the disease, 110 of whom are in ICU.
