Campaigners say they're pushing ahead with plans to take the Secretary of State to court - for failing to implement recommendations of the Historical Abuse Inquiry.

Survivors want to force the government to pay compensation and implement redress schemes.

It's been two years since Sir Anthony Hart concluded a major inquiry, but his recomendations haven't been implemented due to the political crisis at Stormont. 

Claire McKeegan of Phoenix Law represents the SAVIA group - and says many of them feel betrayed.
