This is the second allocation of Capital Grant Aid Scheme made by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council.

An allocation of £290,000 was made towards projects during the period 2015-17.

Commenting on the awarding of the Capital Grant Aid, Chairman of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Stephen McCann said:

“The Capital Grant Aid Scheme assists groups and organisations within the district to develop new or existing facilities.

"Having witnessed the positive impact on community groups and organisations following the initial capital grantaid process, I have no doubt that the latest round of funding will have a similar impact on the ability of the successful applicants to augment and expand their existing facilities.”
