Only last month, we saw Billy and Charlotte Caldwell trek 150 miles from Castlederg to the Royal Vitcoria Hospital in Belfast.
They walked for 8 days to meet with doctors and discuss Billy's life saving treatment - medicinal cannabis.
Throughout their journey, they managed to raise £2,000.
As a result of their meeting with doctors in Belfast, 'Green Light Medicine' was given the go ahead to continue providing Billy with the medicinal cannabis on prescription.
Doctors also agreed to take over his medical care and work with the medical team in the United States to bring Billy home indefinitely.
However, Q Radio recently spoke to Billy's mum, Charlotte Caldwell and it seems that doctors havn't agreed to sign off on the ECR that is needed to fund and continue with Billy's treatment.
Billy also hasn't been given a definite care plan by the doctors at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
As a result, Charlotte and Billy are having to face going back to America again, otherwise he won't get the treatment that he needs to help with his life threatening Epilepsy.
Billy needs another brain scan and is looking at the possible prospect of brain surgery.
At the moment, the medicinal cannabis is controlling his seizures, however, through the intense epilepsy, medical evaluations that were carried out in L.A; doctors found that Billy has a lesion on his left temporal lobe which is the problem.
Charlotte is making a plea for help and for people to continue donating to Billy's cause, so he can get the help that he needs.
