There are calls for Northern Ireland's Police Ombudsman to resign over an "unlawful" report into the Loughinsland Atrocity.
It found collusion between RUC officers and the loyalists who massacred six Catholic men in 1994.
The High Court's ruled the watchdog went beyond its legal powers to reach that conclusion.
TUV Leader, Jim Allister has told Q Radio that Dr Michael Maguire must go.
The Ombudsman's Office says it will need time over the coming weeks to "consider" the ruling carefully.
