The Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s ASPIRE Programme are offering a Classroom Support Training Programme as part of their ASPIRE Employability Project.

Training, combined with a placement in school, will help you develop the skills needed for today’s classroom.

Training will include: Classroom based work placements, Child Protection, Paediatric First Aid, IT for the Classroom, Basic Food Hygiene, Introduction to Phonics, Autism Awareness and Numeracy Skills.

Support will also be available to develop your own CV and to prepare for job interviews, and all courses provided are free of charge.

If you are currently unemployed or are working less hours than 16 hours per week you could be eligible for the ASPIRE Employability programme.

Perhaps it will provide an opportunity for you to embark on a new career or provide an opportunity to update your existing skills.

ASPIRE are based in Omagh and Enniskillen, so please give the ASPIRE team a call on 028 8224 6535; and if the classroom is not for you, but you want a route back to work, give us a call to discuss your options.

The ASPIRE Employability Programme is part funded by the European Social Fund and Department for the Economy.
