Champions Linfield launch their defence of the Gibson Cup on Saturday against Crusaders at Windsor Park.
Glentoran go to Dungannon Swifts, Warrenpoint Town have Ballymena United and Cliftonville face Carrick Rangers at Solitude.
It's a first match as a Premiership manager for new Carrick boss Stuart King who's joined the club from Banbridge Town.
He's hit the ground running and made a series of shrewd signings including his former Linfield teammate Jim Ervin and ex-Crues star David Cushley.
