Northern Ireland lost 2-0 to Germany in World Cup Qualifiers last night

Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill says it's hard to be too critical of his players after a 2-nil defeat to world champions Germany.

The loss leaves his side third in their World Cup qualifying group.

Speaking to Sky Sports News, he says their effort was impressive.
