Two men accused of Gilmore murder remanded into custody

The forty-four year-old was shot in Carrickfergus on Monday, and died from his injuries.

35-year-old Brian Roy McLean is from The Birches in Carrick. 

28-year-old Samuel David McMaw is from the Starbog Road in Kilwaughter, just outside Larne.

They're jointly charged with the murder of Mr Gilmore, the attempted murders of two others that day, and possessing a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.

The District Judge ordered them to appear again on the sixth of April by video link.
