"Festival goers can expect a fantastic display of fireworks and family fun activities in Strabane’s Town Centre.
"To ensure everyone has an enjoyable and safe evening, Council has placed a number of traffic diversions throughout the town centre and I’d ask anyone taking part to be mindful of these and follow any advice issued by Stewarts and the Emergency Services to make the event enjoyable and safe for all."
Liz Cunningham, Event Coordinator at Derry City and Strabane District Council advised:
"Anyone planning to attend the festivities should note that car parking will be available at Butcher Street, John Wesley Street and Dock Street car parks.
"Traffic diversion will in place at Meeting House Street via Barracks Street and Bridge Street/Urney Road Junction from 7.30pm until 8.30pm. Once the event has ended road access should be returned to normal fairly quickly."
