Relatives of IRA victims say they're pushing ahead with plans for a rally in Dublin city centre later this year.
They want to put pressure on the Irish government to release security files relating to the Kingsmill inquest.
The families met foreign minister Simon Coveney last month but say they've heard nothing since.
Spokesman William Frazer says the Dublin demo will be held in late October or November.
Mr Frazer was also behind the 'Love Ulster' rally in Dublin in 2006 which was abandoned, following clashes between republican protesters and police.
