
Translink has launched a public consultation to develop proposals for the major new facility.
Situated on the former Waterside Station site, proposals include restoration and refurbishment of the former listed railway station, new platforms and an enhanced Park&Ride.
Translink Group Chief Executive Chris Conway said:
“The North-West Multimodal Transport Hub will be an important gateway to the North-West; it will encourage a modal shift from car to public transport and other sustainable modes by providing integrated and convenient services to encourage more active travel for a healthier region – supporting a key outcome of the draft Programme for Government.

northwesthub/ and complete the online survey; - Leaflet: public information leaflet featuring consultation survey (available from Foyle Street Bus Station, Derry~Londonderry Train Station, Coleraine Bus & Rail Centre as well as Great Victoria Street Station and Europa Buscentre in Belfast);

Representatives of the Hub project team will be in attendance to provide more detailed information on the proposals, answer any questions and gather feedback.
