A car has been stolen from a home in Derry - Londonderry in a creeper-style burglary.
The red Mazda 2 was stolen from house in the Florence Street area sometime between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday afternoon.
Two men later made off in the direction of Altnagelvin hospital after abandoning the car on the Glenshane Road.
Constable Riddell said:
“I would ask anyone with any information about this creeper burglary to contact detectives at Strand Road Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 787 of 20/08/16. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111."
