Over 500 Doctors, Nurses, Carers and other health workers were assaulted across the Western Trust.
The figures were revealed after an equiry from UUP Robbie Butler.
It shows the abuse received between September 2015 to September 2016.
During that period there were 504 assaults on nurses, 24 assaults on doctors, and 34 assaults on other health workers.
74 of those where at Altnagelvin and 192 at Lakeview in Gransha.
