Ulster Rugby has teamed up with the charity Extern to encourage people to look after their mental health during lockdown.
Players and coaches from across the senior men and women squads have taken part in the initiative as part of Stress Awareness Month.
They've each recorded a message offering advice on issues including how to cope with anxiety and isolation.
Ulster CEO Johnny Petrie says they want to use their platform to help people at this difficult time:
In the second of our #StressAwarenessMonth videos, Ulster’s @chlo_mac shares advice on behalf of our charity partner, @extern1978, on how to cope with self-isolating and anxiety. #ExternCares
