It’s believed he may feature for the Exiles next month.
London play Leitrim in the quarter-finals of the Connacht Championship on May 28th.
The former Tyrone player made his club debut in London at the weekend.
He was part of the Fulham Irish team in the Intermediate Hurling Championship.
By playing in an official championship match, Mulligan is eligible to represent London in a Senior Championship match.
