Tomorrow's action sees a return to the premiership after a week of league cup quarter-finals

There are big matches at the top and bottom of the Danske Bank Premiership this weekend.

It's second against fourth at Windsor Park with Linfield facing Cliftonville.

The Reds won the reverse league fixture at Solitude but then lost 3-0 in a recent County Antrim Shield tie.

Blues midfielder Ross Gaynor expects a backlash.

Also on Saturday, there's a crunch basement battle with Carrick Rangers at home to Portadown.

The Ports currently trail their relegation rivals by 10 points and interim boss Vinny Arkins admits it's a must-win match.

League leaders by four points Crusaders play Ards at Seaview, third-placed Ballymena United host Dungannon Swifts and Coleraine, fifth in the standings, entertain Ballinamallard.

The other fixture is Glenavon against Glentoran at Mourneview Park.

The Lurgan Blues, expected to be among the title contenders, are currently sitting sixth.

But assistant manager Paul Millar says they're content with the season so far.
