A distraught widow who appealed for information after her husband's body was found on a County Armagh roadside last week has told Q Radio she's discovered the disturbing truth behind the tragedy.
55-year-old David Helliwell had been cycling near his home outside Tandragee on Thursday night.
The cause of the sudden death was initially not known, but has been confirmed over the weekend as an undiagnosed heart complaint.
Mr. Helliwell's wife of almost 25 years, Wendy, says she and her three children are devastated and don't want any other family to suffer a similar fate.
She's made an emotional plea for men across Northern Ireland to get a health check before it's too late...
