Police in Omagh are appealing for information following a serious assault in the James Street area of the town on Saturday, 28th April.
Constable Robinson said:
“At approximately 9:15pm it was reported that a man in his 40s was attacked by another man.
"The victim of this assault sustained facial injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening and required hospital treatment for these.
"A man in his 40s was subsequently arrested in relation to the incident and has since been released on bail pending further enquiries."
